Upload a COA

One-time setup (admin only):
1. Make sure COA_FOLDER_ID and COA_API_KEY are set in products.js (see comments there).
2. In Google Cloud Console, create an OAuth Client ID (Web application), add this site's live URL under "Authorized JavaScript origins", and paste that Client ID into GOOGLE_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID below in this file.
3. The first time you upload, Google will ask you to sign in and approve access — approve it once per browser.
4. Uploading here automatically renames the file to match the product, so matching is always exact.
