1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Unicorn Magic Factory ("the Factory") are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any regulatory body. By placing an order, you represent that you are a qualified researcher and will handle all products accordingly.

2. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site or place an order. By using this site and submitting an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment

We currently accept PayPal (Friends & Family) only. Submitting an order does not require payment up front — after you submit, we'll reply to your email with our PayPal info so you can send payment for your order total. All sales are final once payment is confirmed and the order has been processed for shipment.

4. Order Confirmation & Shipping

After you submit your order, we'll reply to the email address you provided with our PayPal payment info. Once your payment is sent and confirmed, we'll reply again with a tracking number — typically within 24 hours. Processing and shipping times may vary, especially for items noted as low stock, limited, or "testing pending."

5. No Medical Claims

Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. The Factory makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for any use beyond in-vitro laboratory research. Any use of these products outside of legitimate research is done entirely at the purchaser's own risk and discretion.

6. Stock & Pricing

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Items shown as "out of stock" or "coming soon" are not currently available to order. Restocks happen on a rolling basis.

7. Confidentiality

This site and its pricing are intended for members of our community only. Pricing shown here is provided as a courtesy and is not extended to outside parties who were not referred directly. Please do not share site access or pricing with anyone outside the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

By ordering, you agree that Unicorn Magic Factory is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased through this site.
